Alan Quasha
is the President of Quadrant Management, Inc., a
principal alternative investment management firm. Their
focus is in US and emerging markets around the world,
managing in excess of $3.0 billion in assets. He is
also a Partner at Vanterra Capital, a global private
equity firm.
Quasha has invested in dozens of companies in the
United States and emerging markets over the past few
decades. Many of these investments were restructuring
and turnaround situations involving significant hands-on
operating experience. Through these investments and
broad business advancement, Quasha has been asked to sit
on numerous professional and charitable boards. Some of
these include Compagnie Financière Richemont SA, Brean
Murray, Curray & Co., Carret Asset Management, Harken
Energy, Harvard Weatherhead Center for International
Affairs, Hanover Direct and I-Behavior. He was a
partner in his New York City law firm of
Quasha Wessley & Schneider from 1980 until 1991.
Alan Quasha also serves as Chairman of the
American Brain Trauma Foundation, whose mission is
to improve the outcome of Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)
patients worldwide. |
